Repairing your roof begins with your insurance company. You should know that while insurance companies are well-intentioned, many adjusters miss specialty roofing requirements, especially with custom and older homes (steep roofs, extra tearaways, “hidden” damage). You need to be compensated for these and other often-missed considerations to get the best roof repair possible. Here’s an idea: get our estimator out to your home before your adjuster. If there is no damage, we will tell you. If we need to meet with your insurance company, we can do that as well. Let us be your advocate. This way you can be prepared to ensure your insurance company pays you the amount required to repair the roof correctly. The alternative is much wasted time going back and forth, and a headache you don’t need. You already have a broken roof.
You’re pleased! We answered when you called. Our estimator arrived on-time, and was actually pleasant and very helpful. Your adjuster was pleased with the insight we provided, and you got the most from your insurance company. Now, it’s the big day! The day your roof repair begins. Once again, many homeowners become anxious at this point. Once again, we aim to reduce your concerns. First, you’ll know us. We’ll all be in the same, red uniform. We’ll tell you exactly what to expect that day. You’ll receive a hotline number where you can reach the team leader after hours in the event anything occurs that concerns you. You’ll be briefed about the rain plan, in the event it rains during your repair job. We’ll listen to your concerns, from children to flowers to pets to anything that’s on your mind. Again, it’s not all about the roof. It’s about you and your family.
Okay, we’ve replaced your roof, and you’re all smiles. So are we, because we love happy endings, too.
What happens now? Well, this is when you actually pay us for your new roof, unless we’ve already been paid by your insurance company. You see, we didn’t ask you to pay in advance. You only pay when we’ve completed the job.
You’ll also receive an exit brief from our team leader who will share anything we learned about your roof while doing the job. We’ll tell you what to look out for, if anything. Many times, we discover other non-roof repairs that you should address, such as cracking chimneys, gutter and siding issues, and the like. We make sure you know about these needed repairs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to rate your satisfaction with our team and the job they did. Your feedback is most welcome, and we act on your comments.
There are several other things you should know about us that affect the quality of your roof replacement or repair. First, we are insured. If one of our workers becomes injured while on your roof, you won’t face a costly lawsuit. Not all roofing companies have this insurance. Our teams also have years of experience working with one another. This is like any other team activity. The more practice as a team, the better the team performs. And you want a high performing team on your roof. You don’t want your roof to be a “training opportunity” where mistakes are made, quality is spotty and corners get cut. Last, we’re Certified Master Elite Installers. Only 3 percent of all contractors nationwide qualify. We’re experts at what we do and bring that benefit to you. In fact, we’re preferred by many shingle manufacturers. Our suppliers give our orders top priority. This ensures we have the materials for your job while others might still be waiting
We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to present you with our estimate. So, when you receive our estimate, you’ll also receive a valuable “Airfare on Us” travel package, free. With this package, you receive two free airline tickets to destinations around the world you would want to visit. And, even if you prefer not to use this package, re-gifting is allowed! You’ll receive this gift with your estimate, no strings attached.
